The General Assembly meeting of the Salam Med project was held from February 12 to 14, 2025 at the Faculty of Sciences Semlalia, University Cadi Ayyad, in Marrakech (Morocco).
The first day was devoted to a field trip to Essaouira, including a visit to a reforestation site with a demonstration of the SWRT technique on the argan tree, the discovery of an argan oil cooperative and its co-products, and a visit to a pastoralism site.
The following two days were devoted to presentations of research progress by the partners, general discussions and planning of future project activities.
